Meet our Providers

Emily McKinley, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is the founder and owner of McKinley Medical and a board-certified provider with over a decade of professional experience in the healthcare field. She has served Jacksonville and its surrounding communities in facilities specializing in endocrinology, medical-surgical care, family medicine, maternal-fetal medicine, acute care, and labor and delivery. In 2016, she was recognized as Nurse of the Year in a 450-bed acute care hospital, and she later earned the Spirit of Nursing Award for the city of Jacksonville from Healthsource magazine.

With an extensive background in endocrinology, Emily especially enjoys managing diabetes, thyroid, weight loss and mental health disorders. Outside of her professional life, she is a plant-obsessed mother of three who thrives in the outdoors, enjoying reading, traveling, and hiking. Emily is passionate about providing quality, affordable care to her community and believes everyone should have access to the healthcare services they need.

Kelley Solosky, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified family and adult health nurse practitioner with more than 22 years of healthcare experience, including 15 years in practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Thomas Jefferson University and has cared for patients across a diverse range of clinical environments, including urgent care, family medicine, pediatrics, labor and delivery, vascular services, and occupational health. This broad practice background has helped shape her comprehensive skill set and her deeply rooted commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Kelley is especially passionate about functional medicine, embracing a patient-centered, science-based approach that seeks to identify and address underlying causes rather than just treating symptoms. She firmly believes in the mind-body connection and its role in promoting holistic, long-term wellness.

Outside of her professional life, Kelley is a devoted mother of twin boys and a proud caretaker of two energetic pups. She is an animal lover who thrives in the outdoors, finding solace in reading, exploring nature, and spending time in the mountains. Above all, Kelley is dedicated to making high-quality, patient-driven care accessible and meaningful for everyone she serves.

She removed the stitches, treated the infection and went over wound care.
